On the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with an extendable table, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker. The living room features an open fireplace and a TV. There’s a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and electric heating. Enjoy your own uncovered private terrace, accessible through the veranda with table and chairs, plus a private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. A shared play area is also available. The small Saint-Cado beach is just 100 m away, with coastal paths starting from the house. Street parking is available nearby. Pets and events are not allowed. Bed linen is provided.
